Road Runner Sighting

Note: this is not my picture. However, I just saw this bird wandering around outside the Queen Creek, AZ post office, not ten feet from me! A real live road runner, genus Geococcyx of the cuckoo family, Cuculidae! Time to place an order from the Acme Co. and fast!

    Yarp, indeed I did. I looked all around for a dumb coyote, but all I could see was a desertscape painted onto a boulder. Hmm...?
