Kids with beards and other hockey news
GO WINGS!
I went online to find out if the Wings won yesterday's game against the Penguins and found this cute video of the winning school who created a video. Apparently, winners are very superstitious and don't change anything when they are in the playoffs. Like shaving! I guess Ronnie's a wings fan too - he hasn't shaved lately either....well, he shaved some - but still has a fuzzy face!

The Mystery Case of Obama and the Missing Honorary Degree
President Barack Obama is here in the valley of the sun this evening to give the ASU commencement speech. There has been some hubbub about ASU not giving Obama an honorary degree for his troubles because he has not yet established his body of work.

happy friday, everybody
Hello~
Kind of a no-post post of postiness here. I hear its about 70 in the Detroit area. That's terrific. That was the overnight low here last night! Going to 101!
Dawn's school had a science fair on Wednesday. Many of the kids projects were very well done.
I visited the dentist this week. Always a good time. Dawn's been busily preparing for the end of the school year and doing homework for her certification classes. Cosmo has become a professional napper.
I think the library is on the agenda for the weekend.
What are you doing where you are?!?!?!?!?!

if you love me....
you'll read my magazine! Well, not mine exactly, but the magazine of the writer's group that I am peripherally a part of (and if I were any kind of writer I would know better than to end a sentence with a preposition, which explains this parenthetical aside). If you like speculative fiction short stories, you may enjoy The Nautilus Engine which can be found at:
http://rnwrrn.googlepages.com/home
or more simple to remember: www.TheNautilusEngine.com
We pop out a new one every three months and the latest one (our 8th issue) just went live on May 1st. Nine short stories, a featured artist, book reviews, movie trailers, and great links. We archive four issues at a time so you can look at some old issues, too. Take a look and lemme know what, if anything, you think about it. Thanks, Ronnie
